Principal John Lucey said "We have enjoyed a close relationship with GMIT over the last three years and this new project cements this creative partnership" he added "This will be mutually beneficial because it gives our students more time in front of camera, but also GMIT get a quality film product written and directed by undergraduates" he continued "we filmed some memorable monologues last year which had quite an impact so it's nice to take this to the next level". "This is an exciting development and we are delighted to be working with Celine Curtin and all of the GMIT team" he added "Finally, there is the bonus for students to see their work possibly at a future film festival and hopefully on
stagecoach.tv also!"
