Stagecoach Schools in Action...
Kids from Stagecoach schools all over the world come simultaneously together each week to share their passion for the performing arts. During their three hours of fun and focused training they learn skills in singing, dancing and acting. These skills learned are not just for the classroom they are skills for life!
Singing - In addition to the skills kids learn on vocal projection and breath control, the singing class also enhances listening skills and memory, whilst improving literacy through reading and comprehension of lyrics.
Dance - Along with the basic steps and fun routines learned each week, children have a marked improvement in participation, coordination and cooperation through the dance class.
Drama - Through role play and improvisation, drama encourages concentration and exploration in young children, stretching their imaginations and allowing them channel their energy into building magical worlds.
With one hour of each of the musical theatre disciplines taught every week, during term time, children not only have lots of fun, they also learn valuable life skills.
StageCoach is more than just a part-time kids club; it is an education that will last a lifetime!
